Everything starts with a clear brief: photos, sketches or reference links, plus stone size, metal, budget and deadline. The factory designer turns this into a detailed CAD file so you can see the piece from every angle and approve changes before any metal is used.
| Stage | What happens | Typical time |
|---|---|---|
| CAD design | 3D model with dimensions and stone settings | 1-3 days |
| 3D print | Wax or resin master for casting | 1 day |
| Casting | Metal poured into mold, sprues removed | 1-2 days |
| Setting and finishing | Stones set, polished, plated and inspected | 3-7 days |
After casting, stones are set by hand, the piece is polished and plated, and a final inspection checks weight, stone security and surface finish. Most factories send you photos or a video before shipping so you approve the finished piece.
