Every bespoke order starts with a conversation. Send us photos, sketches, a stone you already own, or even just a description of the moment you want to celebrate. The more context you give, the better the first design will match your vision. There is no charge for the initial consultation.
At this stage we also confirm the metal (14k, 18k, platinum or silver), the stone type and size, and the ring size if it is a ring.
Our designers translate your idea into a CAD model, and you receive a photorealistic 3D render. This is where you see exactly how the piece will look from every angle. You can request changes to the profile, prongs, band width or details until the design is right. This is also when we confirm the final price, nothing changes later.
Once you approve the design, we produce a wax or resin model, cast it, set the stones and polish it by hand. Every piece passes a final QC check that verifies the stone is secure, the finish is clean and the measurements match the CAD. Most bespoke orders take 2 to 4 weeks.
